Exo Tricks & Choreo Workshops — Full Moon Pole & Dance Studio

Polina Zueva brought her signature Exotic Pole training to Full Moon Pole & Dance Studio in San Diego County for two special workshops on September 14, 2024. The afternoon program featured Exo Tricks followed by Choreo, giving dancers an opportunity to explore both the technical and expressive sides of Polina’s movement style in one intensive workshop day.

The Exo Tricks session focused on the dynamic vocabulary of Exotic Pole, combining tricks and transitions with strength, control, and fluid movement around the pole. The later Choreo workshop shifted the focus toward putting movement together into a complete heels-based sequence, emphasizing musicality, transitions, body control, and performance quality.

Together, the two workshops reflected Polina’s characteristic approach to Exotic Pole: a combination of powerful technical movement and fluid, expressive choreography, allowing students to develop individual elements while also learning how to connect them naturally within a dance.
