Terms of Service

The terms for using this site and training with me — including how to train safely.

Last updated: 21 August 2026

These terms cover the use of polinazueva.com and the training I offer through it. The section on training safely is the one that matters most — please read that one properly even if you skim the rest.

Who these terms are with

This website and the training offered through it come from Polina Zueva, an independent pole dance and Russian Exotic instructor based in St. Petersburg, Florida, United States. By using this site you agree to what is written here. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the site.

Training safely — please read this

Pole dance, exotic movement, flexibility work and conditioning are demanding physical activities. They involve inversions, load-bearing on the hands and shoulders, work at height, deliberate stretching at the end of your range, and the real possibility of falling. Injury is a genuine risk, including serious injury, and no instruction can remove it.

By using this website, following any programme sold or published here, or training with me, you accept the following.

  • You take part voluntarily and at your own risk. You accept the risk of injury that comes with this kind of movement, including risks that are not obvious in advance.
  • I am an instructor, not a medical professional. Nothing on this website and nothing I say in a lesson is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or physiotherapy. It does not replace a doctor, and it is not a substitute for being examined by someone qualified who knows your history.
  • Get cleared before you start. Talk to a doctor before beginning any new physical programme, and especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, hypermobile, or living with a heart, joint, blood-pressure or bone-density condition.
  • Tell me what I need to know. If you train with me, tell me about injuries, medical conditions, medication, pregnancy and anything else relevant, and tell me when it changes. I can only teach around something I know about.
  • Stop when your body says stop. Pain that is sharp, sudden or localised is a reason to stop, not a step to push through. If something hurts in a way that worries you, stop and get it looked at.
  • Train in a safe setup. Online courses are followed without me present. That makes the equipment your responsibility: a correctly rated pole, correctly installed on a floor and ceiling that can take it, checked before every session, with proper crash matting and enough clear space. If you are unsure whether your setup is safe, it is not — get it checked or train in a studio.
  • Learn inversions and advanced tricks with a spotter. Do not attempt an inversion, a drop, or any advanced move for the first time alone. Progress at the level you are actually at, not the one you would like to be at.

To the fullest extent the law allows, you agree that you take responsibility for your own physical wellbeing while training, and that Polina Zueva is not liable for injury, aggravation of an existing condition, or property damage arising from your participation — particularly where you have trained unsupervised, used unsafe equipment, worked beyond your level, or not told me about a relevant condition. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not permit that limit, or for fraud.

Results

Testimonials, before-and-after photographs, competition placements and student stories on this site are real, and they describe what specific individuals achieved. They are not a promise of what you will achieve, and they are not typical by definition. Progress in strength, flexibility and skill depends on your starting point, your anatomy, your training history, how consistently you practise, how well you recover, your age, and a great deal that is outside anybody’s control.

No result is guaranteed, no timeline is guaranteed, and any figure quoted for how long something takes is a general guide rather than a commitment.

Online courses

Courses are sold and delivered through Patreon. When you click through to buy one, you are leaving this website — the purchase, your payment, your account and any refund are handled by Patreon under Patreon’s own terms, and those terms govern the transaction. Please read them before buying.

What you receive is a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course material for your own training. You may not share your access, copy or re-upload the videos, resell the material, or use it to teach paying students or build your own course. If you teach and want to use something in your own classes, ask me — the answer is often yes, but it needs to be asked.

Where a course is described as including lifetime access and future updates, that means for as long as the course remains available on the platform hosting it. If a platform closes or a course is retired, I will do what I reasonably can to give existing students continued access, but I cannot guarantee the survival of a service I do not run.

Private lessons and workshops

Private lessons and workshop places are arranged directly with me. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a time and any deposit or payment has been made.

If you need to move or cancel a lesson, please give me at least [X] hours notice so the slot can go to someone else. Cancellations later than that, and sessions where you do not arrive, may be charged in full. If I have to cancel or move a session, you will be offered an alternative time or your money back — your choice.

Some workshops are taught at studios I do not own. In those cases the studio’s own rules, waivers and booking terms apply alongside these, and the studio is responsible for its own premises and equipment.

Using this website

Use the site lawfully and considerately. Please do not try to break into it, scrape it, overload it, upload anything harmful, impersonate anyone, harvest contact details from it, or use the forms to send unsolicited advertising.

I may restrict access to the site for anyone doing those things.

What is mine, and what is yours

The text, photographs, video, choreography, course material, design and code on this website belong to me or to the photographers and collaborators credited, and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to read it, link to it and share a link to it. You may not republish it, use it commercially, or pass it off as your own without asking me first.

If you submit a testimonial, you keep ownership of your words. Ticking the consent box on that form gives me permission to publish them, together with your name, city, training type and Instagram handle if you provided them, on this website and in ordinary promotion of my teaching. You confirm the words are yours and true. You can ask me to take them down at any time and I will.

Please do not send anything through the forms that is false, abusive, or somebody else’s to give.

Links to other places

This site links out to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, Patreon, studios I teach at and other places. I do not control any of them and I am not responsible for their content, their terms or their handling of your information. Once you follow a link you are on someone else’s site.

The website itself

This site is provided as it is. I keep it working and accurate to the best of my ability, but I cannot promise it will never be offline, never contain an error, and never have an out-of-date price or date on it. Prices, schedules and course contents can change. If something here looks wrong, the contact form is the fastest way to find out what is right.

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website — lost time, lost earnings, or lost data.

Privacy and accessibility

What happens to your information is set out in the Privacy Policy. How this site works with assistive technology, and what to do if it does not work for you, is set out in the Accessibility Statement. Both form part of these terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the training and the site change. The date at the top shows when that last happened, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it. A change to these terms does not retroactively alter a course you have already bought.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the courts of Pinellas County, Florida. If you are a consumer somewhere with stronger local protections, this does not take away rights your own law gives you.

If part of this does not hold

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, that part is narrowed to what the law does allow and the rest stays in force.

Questions about anything on this page are welcome — use the contact form and it reaches me directly.
