Exo Tricks & Exotic Choreography Workshops — Vixen Pole Fitness

Polina Zueva taught two special Exotic Pole workshops at Vixen Pole Fitness in Murrieta, California, bringing her distinctive approach to Russian Exotic and heels-based movement to the Southern California pole community. The workshop program combined Exo Tricks with Exotic Choreography, allowing students to explore both the technical and performance-focused sides of the style.

The Exo Tricks workshop centered on dynamic pole movement, control, transitions, and the technical vocabulary used in Exotic Pole. The Exotic Choreography session brought those skills into movement sequences, with an emphasis on flow, musicality, body control, heels technique, and expressive performance.

Together, the workshops reflected Polina’s teaching style — combining strength and technical precision with fluid, confident choreography. Post-workshop stories from both Polina and participants show a full group training together and enthusiastic feedback from the students after the sessions.
