Nite Club Artist in Residence – Body & Pole

In March 2023, Polina Zueva was selected as a Nite Club Artist in Residence at Body & Pole, one of New York City’s leading pole and aerial dance studios. Throughout the month, Polina taught a special series of Nite Club classes, bringing her extensive Exotic Pole background and distinctive movement style to the Manhattan pole community.

Body & Pole’s Nite Club series was created to explore the sensual, expressive side of pole dance while honoring the discipline’s club roots. As the featured Artist in Residence, Polina shared an approach shaped by Exotic Pole, fluidity, expressiveness, musicality, and freedom of movement, creating an environment where students could explore both technique and individual performance style.

The month-long residency represented more than a single guest workshop: Polina was invited to become part of Body & Pole’s special Nite Club programming, teaching recurring classes throughout March and introducing New York dancers to her personal approach to Exotic Pole and expressive heels movement.
