Exo Tricks & Russian Exotic Pole Flow — North Pole Dance Studio

Polina Zueva was invited to North Pole Dance Studio in San Antonio, Texas, for an evening of two special Exotic Pole workshops. The program began with Exo Tricks, giving dancers the opportunity to explore Polina’s dynamic approach to pole technique, tricks, creative transitions, and controlled movement, followed by a dedicated Russian Exotic Pole Flow session.

The Russian Exotic workshop combined controlled, fluid movement with low-pole tricks and floorwork, bringing technical elements together through expressive heels choreography. Designed to be adaptable for different experience levels, the class emphasized movement quality, confidence, sensuality, strength, and individual expression, beginning with a targeted warm-up to prepare students for the choreography.

Together, the two workshops showcased the complementary sides of Polina’s teaching style: the power and precision of Exotic tricks alongside the fluidity, musicality, and expressive movement of Russian Exotic Pole.
