Russian Exotic Pole Classes — IncrediPole

In the spring and summer of 2023, Polina Zueva taught a recurring series of Exotic Pole classes at IncrediPole in Brooklyn, New York. Rather than a single guest workshop, her time at the studio included multiple classes across May and June, giving dancers an opportunity to train consistently with Polina and explore her distinctive approach to Exotic Pole.

The classes brought together fluid heels-based movement, choreography, musicality, body control, and expressive performance. Drawing on Polina’s Russian Exotic background, the sessions emphasized the connection between technical movement and individual style, encouraging dancers to develop confidence, flow, and freedom of expression.

Hosted at IncrediPole, a Brooklyn studio known for its inclusive and community-focused approach to pole dance, the recurring classes became part of Polina’s broader teaching work within the New York pole community.
