Exotic Pole Guest Classes — Pole to Pole Fitness

In spring 2023, Polina Zueva taught a series of Exotic Pole classes at Pole to Pole Fitness in East Harlem, New York City. With multiple classes documented across April and May, her appearances at the studio went beyond a single workshop and gave local dancers the opportunity to train with Polina and experience her distinctive approach to Exotic Pole.

The classes reflected Polina’s movement style through fluid choreography, heels-based technique, musicality, body control, and expressive performance. Her approach combines technical precision with freedom of movement, encouraging dancers to develop confidence and their own individual expression through Exotic Pole.

Hosted at Pole to Pole Fitness, a studio built around strength, confidence, movement, and community, the classes formed part of Polina’s growing teaching presence within the New York pole scene in 2023.
