Intro & Pro Russian Exotic Workshops — Aries Pole Fitness

Polina Zueva joined Aries Pole Fitness in the Tampa Bay area as a guest instructor for a special evening dedicated to Russian Exotic Pole. The program included Intro to Russian Exotic, designed to introduce dancers to the movement vocabulary and character of the style, followed by a Pro Russian Exotic Choreo class for students ready to take the technique and choreography further.

Across the two sessions, dancers explored the combination of fluid movement, heels technique, musicality, control, and powerful accents that define Polina’s approach to Russian Exotic. The progressive format allowed students to experience the foundations of the style while giving more experienced dancers the opportunity to work with a more demanding choreography.

The event brought Polina’s signature Russian Exotic training to the Tampa Bay pole community in an intimate studio setting, with participants later sharing enthusiastic feedback about the energy and challenge of the advanced class.
