Russian Exotic & Pole Conditioning Classes — Intice Dance Fitness

In 2023, Polina Zueva joined the instructor team at Intice Dance Fitness in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she taught recurring Russian Exotic and Pole Conditioning classes. Intice was founded in St. Petersburg in 2020 as a community-focused pole fitness and dance studio centered on movement, confidence, strength, and self-expression.

Polina brought her international Exotic Pole background to the studio, combining flow with harder technical elements, sensual movement with strength and control, and freestyle with structured choreography. Her classes encouraged students not only to develop technique, but also to connect with the music, explore individual expression, and build confidence in their movement.
