Russian Pole Exotic Workshop — Pole Body & Arts

Polina Zueva was invited to Pole Body & Arts in Charlotte, North Carolina, for a two-hour workshop dedicated to Russian Exotic Pole. Hosted by one of Charlotte’s established pole dance studios, the event gave local dancers an opportunity to train directly with Polina and experience the movement style that became central to her teaching work in the United States. Pole Body & Arts is known for its inclusive, community-focused approach to pole dance, strength, confidence, and self-expression.

The workshop explored Polina’s approach to Russian Exotic, bringing together fluid heels-based movement, body control, musicality, expressive choreography, and the contrast between smooth flow and powerful accents. The session emphasized movement quality and individual expression while introducing Charlotte dancers to Polina’s distinctive Exotic Pole style.
