About this workshop
Polina Zueva joined Ms Tryss Boutique in Monterey, California, as a guest instructor for a special Exotic Pole workshop during her summer 2024 teaching tour through Northern California. Ms Tryss is an established Monterey pole dance and fitness studio that offers pole training, Exotic Dance, and specialty workshops while emphasizing strength, confidence, movement, and community.
The workshop gave Monterey dancers an opportunity to train directly with Polina and explore her distinctive approach to Exotic Pole, combining dynamic technique, creative transitions, body control, and fluid movement. Photos and videos shared after the class show students working through technical pole combinations alongside Polina, with participants highlighting both the challenge and the experience of learning from her.
The Monterey class was part of Polina’s broader Bay Area and Northern California guest-teaching period in July 2024, alongside workshops in San Francisco and Oakland.
