Exotic Flow Guest Class — Steel Heart Dance

Polina Zueva joined Steel Heart Dance in Pacifica, California, for a special flow-focused Exotic Pole class during her summer teaching trip through the San Francisco Bay Area. Steel Heart Dance is an intimate pole and sensual movement studio designed around small classes, personal attention, and a supportive environment for dancers to explore movement and self-expression.

The class brought Polina’s fluid and expressive approach to Exotic Pole to the Steel Heart community, combining heels-based movement, transitions, musicality, body control, and continuous flow. Rather than concentrating solely on individual tricks, the session emphasized how movements connect together and how dancers can develop confidence and their own quality of expression through choreography.

This class formed part of Polina’s broader Bay Area guest-teaching period in summer 2024, when she was teaching at several studios around San Francisco.
