ExoTricks & Exotic Choreography Pop-Up Classes — VRV3 Studios

During a summer visit to San Francisco, Polina Zueva joined VRV3 Studios as a visiting instructor for a special series of Exotic Pole pop-up classes. The program included an ExoTricks class on July 7 followed by a choreography-focused session the following weekend, giving Bay Area dancers the opportunity to explore both the technical and expressive sides of Polina’s movement style. Public posts from participants also document her ExoTricks training at the studio.

The classes combined dynamic pole elements, creative transitions, body control, heels technique, and fluid choreography. The ExoTricks session emphasized skill development and more acrobatic movement, while the choreography class brought those elements into expressive sequences with a stronger focus on flow, musicality, and performance.

Hosted at VRV3, a San Francisco studio centered on pole, aerial arts, choreography, and specialty training, the pop-up series formed part of Polina’s time teaching in the Bay Area. She also offered private training at VRV3 during her stay in San Francisco through early August. VRV3 describes its pop-up programming as specialty classes designed to explore styles and skills beyond its regular drop-in curriculum.
