Hard Style Tricks & Hard Style Choreo — San Francisco Pole + Dance

Polina Zueva joined San Francisco Pole + Dance as a guest instructor for two special workshops dedicated to Hard Style Exotic Pole. The first session, Hard Style Tricks, was designed for intermediate and advanced dancers looking to expand their movement vocabulary with creative low-flow pole tricks and dynamic technical elements.

The following evening, Polina taught Hard Style Choreo, an all-levels workshop combining controlled, fluid movement with low-pole tricks and floorwork. The choreography could be adapted for different experience levels, allowing dancers to explore the distinctive contrast between powerful accents and smooth, expressive transitions that characterizes Polina’s approach to Hard Style.

Together, the two workshops gave San Francisco dancers the opportunity to train both sides of the style — developing the strength and precision behind technical Hard Style elements while learning how to connect them through musicality, flow, and expressive choreography.
