Meet Polina
About
Pole dance and Russian Exotic instructor with teaching, performance and competition experience, focused on technique, choreography, flow, flexibility and confident movement.
The story
Polina started training in pole dance and moved into teaching through a formal pedagogical background — an education degree that shows up in how she structures a lesson rather than in what she teaches.
She works across pole technique, Russian Exotic, flexibility and conditioning, with teaching and performance experience internationally and now around St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay, Florida. Her training combines technique, strength, choreography and movement quality.
Teaching philosophy
Good pole training is not only about learning tricks
It is about understanding movement, developing strength and control, improving technique and discovering your own style.
Structured progression
Every skill has a prerequisite. You always know which step you are on.
Clear explanation
Why a correction matters, not just what to change.
Individual approach
Bodies differ. So do the paths into the same shape.
Safety first
Conditioning before load, and honest limits on what today allows.
Creativity
Technique is the vocabulary. What you say with it is yours.
Body awareness
Knowing where you are in space is a trainable skill.
Experience
Competition & performance
Competitions, intensives and the teaching work behind every progression in the programs.

I can’t wait to come back and train with Polina again!
Polina’s Russian Exotic workshop was amazing. We can’t wait to have her back!
Such an amazing class — I’m hooked!
Polina’s Russian Exotic workshop really challenged me — the combo was so much harder than it looked and definitely pushed me outside my comfort zone.
Polina definitely challenged me — and I loved every second of it!
